Tally Health’s Super NAD is presented as a bundle, not a single NR capsule. It combines the company’s NAD+ niacinamide product with its Restore sleep formula.
That product identity matters. A search for “Super NAD” should not be answered with the label of an unrelated supplement or an assumption that the bundle contains NMN.
Evaluate both products and whether you need both. A bundle name and combined mechanism story do not establish improved sleep or longevity from the purchase.
What is included?
The Super NAD page identifies NAD+ with 1,000 mg niacinamide and Restore with a magnesium bisglycinate chelate complex, L-theanine, and apigenin. The magnesium-complex weight should not be assumed to equal elemental magnesium. Check the complete label for each bottle before comparing nutrient totals.
What does the bundle cost?
The checked page showed $117.30 against a combined $138 reference price, with the separate products displayed at $59 and $79. Verify the current purchase selection and any recurring terms. Buying both at a discount is only a saving if both are purchases you would otherwise choose; it is not evidence that the combination is necessary.
Niacinamide is a distinct comparison
The NIH niacin guidance distinguishes niacinamide from nicotinic acid and describes dose-related safety considerations. The amount here is far beyond an ordinary dietary requirement. Do not interpret a nonflushing form as unlimited safety or treat an NR trial as a trial of this niacinamide product.
Sleep claims require sleep outcomes
A rationale linking sleep and cellular metabolism does not show that the combined bundle treats insomnia. If sleep is the main concern, ask for a study of the actual formula and a relevant sleep endpoint. Our sleep evidence guide also explains why established insomnia assessment should not be replaced by an NAD story.
Review the combined regimen
Two bottles can make it easier to overlook ingredients already present in a multivitamin, sleep supplement, or other longevity blend. Keep both labels in the medication review. Ask whether unwanted symptoms or daytime sedation need assessment rather than adding another product. The interaction guide explains how to bring a complete list to a pharmacist.
What to compare instead of a bundle headline
For a different niacinamide-containing formula, read Nuchido. For NR, see Tru Niagen; for NMN, see Solaray. The over-50 shortlist focuses on manageable routines and evidence rather than a maximum number of products.
