An NAD subscription can combine a care plan, medication supply, shipping schedule, and recurring payment. Those events do not always happen on the same date.
The practical safeguard is to understand the selected plan before the first order: what is charged, what is supplied, when the next order becomes committed, and what cancellation actually stops.
Save the selected terms and distinguish future cancellation from a refund for an active order. A lower monthly equivalent can involve a much larger immediate commitment.
Separate the three calendars
Write down the billing date, shipment date, and expected supply duration. A 28-day renewal differs from a calendar month; a quarterly shipment differs from paying monthly. The seller’s label directions or a clinician’s prescription determine use, while the commercial plan determines charges. Do not change a medical routine to make it match a refill calendar.
Ask what “cancel anytime” means
Does cancellation prevent the next renewal, stop a pending shipment, or refund unused product? Those are different actions. Provn’s public NAD page says cancellation does not cancel an active order already sent to its pharmacy. The same page displays several plan lengths, so buyers should confirm how the selected option is billed and handled on cancellation.
Keep monthly equivalents separate from charges
NOVOS Boost shows reduced bottle prices for larger upfront quantities. Innerbody shows three- and six-month billing amounts alongside rounded monthly equivalents. These examples are useful reminders to record the actual charge. A recurring $50-equivalent offer is not necessarily a $50 charge each month.
Prescription questions need clinical answers
If a clinician recommends stopping or changing treatment, contact the care team and the billing team as needed. Stopping use does not necessarily cancel a payment authorization; canceling a payment does not explain how to change a prescription. Ask how unused medication, a damaged shipment, or lack of approval is handled. Keep the answer specific to the plan rather than assuming all online services use the same rules.
A short record to keep
Save the product name, selected plan, amount paid, renewal date, terms shown at purchase, and any cancellation confirmation. If the account portal does not clearly show the result, request written confirmation and keep the response. This is a practical documentation checklist, not a determination of legal refund rights. Terms and applicable consumer rules may differ by transaction and location.
How to compare the ongoing value
A useful plan should make clinical reassessment and routine account changes understandable. Ask what happens if there is no meaningful benefit and whether follow-up is included. The subscription shortlist, serving-cost guide, and provider appointment checklist cover the service, arithmetic, and clinical questions separately.
