Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Tell your obstetric clinician about a product you are considering or have already used, including its ingredient panel and route. Lack of a warning on a sales page is not evidence of safety. Do not substitute NAD or a longevity blend for recommended prenatal care, nutrition, or treatment of a diagnosed condition.
What if you already took a product?
Contact your care team with the label, timing, amount, and any symptoms. Avoid assuming either harm or safety from an internet anecdote. The team can assess the actual exposure and advise on next steps. A general educational page cannot make that determination from the name “NAD.”
Medications and multi-ingredient blends
A combination may include resveratrol, botanical extracts, vitamins, or other substances in addition to a NAD precursor. Give the pharmacist the full list rather than asking only whether “NAD” interacts. Review new products before a procedure or treatment change, and avoid adding several things at once without discussing the combined regimen.
Cancer and other ongoing care

When do symptoms need urgent attention?
