The official Ultra page states 500 mg direct NAD per serving, with quercetin, resveratrol, betaine, riboflavin, and B12. It describes a phospholipid formulation from sunflower ingredients. The checked page showed $89.99 for a one-time purchase and 30 servings, or approximately $3 per labeled serving before tax or other charges. That figure is simple price arithmetic, not a dose recommendation or an estimate of benefit. Subscription promotions were displayed separately. Confirm the selected renewal terms and serving count rather than comparing a promotional first order with another product’s recurring price.
How should the quality claims be checked?
The manufacturer describes US production in a cGMP-certified facility. Ask which organization certified the facility and whether a finished-product report matches the lot being sold. Ultra offers an identifiable formula and a readable product description, but the practical decision remains whether its added ingredients and price fit a clearly defined goal.
